Day 179 ~ Afternoon with Mom

I spent this afternoon with my mom, taking her to her monthly doctor's appointment, reconciling her bank account, talking about the wedding (and her regret that she won't be able to make the trip to New Hampshire), Stacey & her excursion abroad, Davy & his indecision about college next year...She'll be 87 years old next Wednesday and she is still living at the home she grew up in...and she will stay there as long as she can. They make old farm girls tough, don't they?
