Day 56 ~ One monster Mounds bar!

Rachael & I decided to make a Mounds cake today...it was quite simple, really. You just take a chocolate cake mix, follow the instructions on the box & bake it in a 9 x 13 inch pan. While it is baking, heat in a pan: 24 large marshmallows, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk until the marshmallows are melted and then add a 14 oz. bag coconut. Spread on top of the cake while it's still warm. Then heat 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup milk and 1 stick margarine until boiling then stir in 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Pour slowly over the cake. Let cool. What do you have? One huge Mounds Bar!
