Day 171 ~ Birds on my brain & men in my basement

I am home today - what a treat! I had forgotten how nice it was to stay home and be a freelancer in pajamas all day! I will be spending the day finishing up a proofreading job on birds but I am almost finished so that means I will have most of the day to myself, putzing around the house... listening to the strange bangs coming from my basement. Another reason I am home (and I can't stay in my pajamas...) - we are getting a new furnace installed today. I think I will make some more coffee, throw in another load of laundry and wait for my guys to arrive...
