Day 161 ~ a fun movie

National Treasure premiered on Starz last night. What a goofy, fun, enjoyable movie. I know the critics hated it but...so what? There wasn't a boring moment during the entire movie and I loved the wisecracks from Riley, the geeky but cute sidekick of the Nicholas' Cage character. The plot was fantastic (as in "this could never be real but...what if it were???") and the on-location shots of Philadelphia and Washington DC were great - this one in Washington reminds me of the scene in Forrest Gump...Anyway, I enjoyed the film and I didn't feel like 2 hours of my life were wasted...
