Day 33 ~ another day....

Yes, the key is organization and preparation...
I wasn't prepared last night, however. I was going to bake the chocolate cake for Jacquie's shower and put the layers in the freezer. Tomorrow night, Rachael will be coming over to help me decorate it. I planned my evening to fit the cake mixing in between a couple of TV shows I like to watch...but when I pulled out my ingredients for the cake, I did not have any Hershey's cocoa! WHAT!??!? How can this happen?
Fooey! I can't remember using the very last bit of cocoa - usually there is about a quarter of a cup left in the tin...and that is the signal to buy more cocoa. What is happening to my mind? (No comments, please...)
By the time I discovered that I had no cocoa, it was almost 9 PM - and in our little burg, the local Weis store closes by 7 - I kid you not...
So....the baking will commence tonight - a little off schedule, but manageable.
