Day 156 ~ making adjustments...

Update on the assembly of the green bean casserole in Egypt: Stacey reports that she is using "corn flakes and regular onions because french fried onions don't exist in this country. Ah well, at least we will always have the apple pie! We're trying our hardest to create all the best parts of a traditional american Thanksgiving meal, but we keep hitting roadblocks like weird Egyptian pudding (that looks orange even though they claim it's vanilla) and ovens that are off balanced and make lopsided cakes. But still we press on, and i think we will have an incredible meal."
